The next day after first day wasn't too bad...but late in the evening it was getting a bit achy, couldn't cough or breath deep...as expected :)
45 mins elliptical and some circuit training for legs...
was real tired by the time I got home and then cooked dinner so postponed the sit ups for next day morning.
Got up early morning even today it wasn't bad 5 + 6+5 + 10 + 10
Thought of doing little extra was suppose to do 5+6+3+5 + max(at least 6) .
I am thinking to try floor crunches next week.
