Push ups or no push ups... hmmmm
Yesterday was pretty much a rest day. A super easy 25 min on the stationary bike, just to say I did something. Today... I am really dreading push ups. I started with alternating sets of sit ups and squats. 21+21+15+15+30 sit ups and 19+19+15+15+105 squats. Very short rests as I did sit ups, squats, sit ups, squats etc. I took a bit of a rest and made myself do the push ups 12+13+10+10+15. They are better than the 1st time through the challenge but those last few are still shaky. How do those guys just drop and crank those out? Oh well, week 2 of the push up challenge done. Week 2 day 1 of the sit up and squat challenge logged.
