First step! Week 1 day1

I decided doing my sit ups with ball.
So came home and started looking for one which I never touched after moving to my new place. Inflated the ball and figured today should be day 1, so going to try from beginner level so mine was,

3 + 4 + 3 + 3 + 10

Wasn't too bad though I can feel it a little...more to find tomorrow !
