was good some cardio on Sat morning and in evening sit ups as
6+7+6+6+15
trying to do little extra in last set...I could do second column but don't wanna change the plan much so sticking to 1st column and try to do extra as I can...its not painful any more...
Week 2 Day 1
Monday evening usual cardio and 6 + 9 +6+6+15. I am doing my sit ups on floor this week no noticeable difference....
I can feel only in upper abs...need to do something for lower abs to balance....
