Next situps(Day2 week1) 15+18+15+15+26 and squats 13+16+13+13+75. The squats are not that tough for me. I go slow, and deep and stopped more out of boredom that not able to go on.
Finish with 30 minutes easy stationary pedaling while I stared longingly at the Trek that has relocated from upstairs to my livingroom. She's all pumped up and ready to go. Maybe I will get home early enough today for a few miles.....
