Week 2!

Ok...15 pushups just about killed me but I managed. Afterwards I went to the playground and practiced my pullups. Surprisingly I knocked out 1!! I shocked myself. Maybe all this upper body work is finally paying off! We have to test ourselves at the end of this week. A part of me wants to take the easy way out and do the minimum so I can go to column 1....but I promise I won't. I won't sell myself short. I will try to get into column 3 for next week.

  1. Well, 14,14,10,10,15. Surprisingly it is the core that hurt the most. Pull Ups? You are my idol! Watch out Urbanathlon....April is gonna kick butt!
