Week 5 test

I did my test this morning after some ball tucks and 46. It looks like the reps get lower and number of sets higher. Maybe by the end I'll be able to do one pull up by myself? What do you think?

    I start week 5 tomorrow. Can you believe We are on week 5!

    1 pullup. Sure and 100 pushups- piece of cake!
