25... hmmm... yeah ...wow. For Week 2 Day 3 I did 16,17,14,14,20 Nope, not a mistype. I guess I didn't give enough rest between sets on the last or something and I could only do 17. I came downstairs to type it up and really felt the urge to do that min 20 for a final set, so I gave it a full 2 min break and went back upstairs and pulled out 20. My arms were shaking the last at least 5 but I just kept telling myself, this is what we do to wear the shirt with pride. Right? I was going to do a couple dreadmill miles but I think I'll do that later. I will try to record my teston Monday. I think I'll do a full days rest and since I have been doing Tues, Thurs and Sat, that works.
