Are you still doing the pull ups? I almost managed one today....I only needed a little help from Barry. I do have to take a bit longer between sets too or I cannot get them all done. I also find, oddly, that my breathing makes a big difference. I have a tendency to hold my breathe the first 8 or 10 and try to go fast. If I slow down and concentrate on my breathing, it helps. Probably helps that I don't have your perfect form....
Today kicked my ass. It hasn't gotten easier. This pushup thing is getting harder!!!!!!!
