Progress Test!

Ok...so I did the test on Sun. 25 pushups total. 21 in good form. 22-25 sucked. So I shall stick with 21 as my number and head on to column 2 for week 3.

Since the pushups are increasing I may hold off on those pullups for now or only do a few after my pushup workout.
