Week 5 repeat

Well....you can see by my sets, it was a rough morning. 40,22,37,32,40 A week 5 repeat is positively in order.

  1. Ditto!I am doing week 5 over again as well. Too tired to write anything else due to the pushups. This week is going to kill me. The rewards better be worth it!
