Well I tried to do my pushup test Sun and on my 50th one my son jumped on my back and I just couldn't do it.
Mon. Tried to do it again and stopped @ 50. I think 50 is just a mental block so I woke up this Tues morning and vowed to do the 100 pushups- Galloway style.
After every 10 pushups I took a rest. I didn't get out of position but I just rested in the front leaning rest position(approved by the Army! LOL) I felt like I could have done more and then rested after my first 10 but I decided to stick with my ratio- 10 pushups, rest 10 seconds 10 more.
Today I finally completed 100!

Woot! Grats! I have not yet attempted... I am planning on today. Monday was a rest day and no swim classes last night, just running, so I should be fresh and ready. Hopefully good news later.
