Day 1......

Well I did 10, 12, 7, 7  and 11 with a card from my new Fitness Deck in between sets.  I really need to look at the video for the test.  I know my pushups were not as deep as April's, so I was trying to focus on better form.  I think my form was OK?  Maybe I'll do a video clip of 1 day a week, just for the motivational factor.

The Fitness Deck is GREAT btw!
