Day 2!

Finished Day 2 and I must admit when I saw the number I was thinking....only 10, 12, 8, 8 and 12? I can do that. Damn,,,I was tired. Of course I did planks too in between, so maybe I should have actually rested in between. I tried to go over 12 on my last set since that's the minimum and I should try to max it. I think the #12 is a psychological barrier for me. I will have to get over it. On Day 3 I have to get 15!

Also....love the chocolates! yummy. I love Vosges chocolate. I still have the Black cat bar left. After each set I will reward myself with a square! Thanks! The running card- too cute!

Day 1......

Well I did 10, 12, 7, 7  and 11 with a card from my new Fitness Deck in between sets.  I really need to look at the video for the test.  I know my pushups were not as deep as April's, so I was trying to focus on better form.  I think my form was OK?  Maybe I'll do a video clip of 1 day a week, just for the motivational factor.

The Fitness Deck is GREAT btw!

Initial Test

OK so I only pulled out 10... I know that is a column 2 and April did 12 on a hurt hand, which is firmly column 3. but I could have done 1 more had I realized it was the cutoff. So....I am going to suck it up and try to keep up with April and column 3. I can always drop back if I have to but no guts, no glory. Right?

This should make 100 pushups in a minute a bit more doable, you think?

After we succeed with our 100 pushup challenge and our 20 pull up challenge, I say we go on to the 1 planche pushup challenge because right now I think that's all I'd be able to do.

It sounded like a good idea at the time.....

That is the way it always starts.  So now here we are....  100 pushups?  Sure, why not?  Let's see if I can even do 1 for our test.
